Security deposit required. Non refundable reasonable cleaning fee is $125. Pet fee is $125. The home features a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. Split plan with 2 bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a full size bed. Maximum is 6 people. 6 people will be very comfortable in this home. We could easily accommodate more people but we want you to be as comfortable as possible. All linens, blankets, pillows, bath needs, blow dryers, and towels supplied. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with a large kitchen island and newer appliances. All drawers are stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and more. There is a toaster and a Keurig with a variety of K-Cups. There are 4 flat screen televisions. YouTube TV is supplied which includes locals channels and much more. Please bring your logins as other channels are available. Also is included is Paramount Plus. Other amenities include a pool table, games, puzzles, books, and more. Outside there is a pool, firepit, and corn hole. The lot size is an acre which ensures privacy. There are beautiful mountain views to the north. Please exercise pool safety and watch your children at all times. The owner is not responsible for accidents. The home is located in tranquil Buckeye. Buckeye offers hiking, a large equestrian center, skydiving, Hidden Lake with events year round, and golfing. Nearby is Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Waddell, Avondale, and Peoria. All bustling communities. The Super bowl is in Glendale in early 2023 on February 12th. 4 baseball spring training facilities are close. There are multiple golf courses, parks with hiking trails, horseback riding, a large zoo and aquarium, and Phoenix International Raceway.
